I'm Ky and I have an obsession with cakes and parties. I seriously can't get enough of them! Who doesn't love something sweet and a reason to celebrate!
I found that I have a passion for food, and more specifically cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, and basically if it's a dessert I want to know how to make it! And let's be honest, I do have to try out my creations to ensure it is tasty. Baking and decorating cakes has been part of my life for the last 8 years. The imagining, creating, and beauty that comes from making the cakes is one of the things I enjoy most. Think of it as artist with their edible canvas. I'm always searching and learning new techniques and styles.
If you know me, you know I like a plan and I love planning. Me and lists are the best of friends. So in addition to making fantastic cakes (if I don't say so myself), I've really taken a liking to planning and creating parties. Up to now I've only done parties for my family and friends so I thought I would share some of the finds and ideas that I have had.
